How do I know if we're a good fit?
I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist, and I tend to be a good fit for other wonderfully weird folx. We may be a match if you’re looking for a therapist who is real, warm, collaborative, into Drag Race, and a little nerdy.
I’m not a “sit silently and nod while you talk for an hour” kinda therapist. I won’t judge you for your weird, and I am always extremely here for the tea.
-
Do you work with queer or neurodivergent clients?
Hell yes! I love working with fellow queer and neurodivergent folks. 🖤
I have specialized training and experience working with LGBTQIA+, autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults and couples. Together, we can navigate identity, relationships, and all the wonderfully weird parts of being you.
-
What kinds of concerns do you help with?
I often work with folks navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, trauma, anxiety, relationships, identity, sexuality, and emotional overwhelm.
I work especially well with people who feel like they are both “too much” AND “not enough,” or like everyone else was born with an instruction manual they somehow missed.

What is therapy with you like?
Trauma-integrated. Nervous-system-aware. Affirming for queer, poly & ENM, kinky, neurodivergent & just fabulously unique folks.
I’m not afraid to laugh with you AND challenge you (with care).
You won’t get blank stares or “And how does that make you feel?” while you’re bleeding out emotionally. Nope.
I throw out the occasional dad joke and Ru Paul reference. I’d love to see a picture of your dog or the meme that clocked you this week.
-
How does the consultation work?
It’s super simple. Pick a time that works for you, and we’ll hop on a 15-minute phone call. No pressure, no sales pitch, just a chance to see if we click.
You can ask me anything. I’ll ask a few questions to understand what you're looking for. And if it feels like a good fit, we’ll go from there.
-
What happens after the consult?
If we’re a match, if I have availability for new clients, we’ll schedule your first full session and dive in.
If I’m full, I’ll put you on the waitlist.
-
What should I expect in a first session?
We’ll start by getting grounded and answering any questions about therapy, paperwork, or what to expect.
Then we’ll zoom out and look at what’s bringing you in, including patterns around anxiety, trauma responses, relationships, identity, or emotional overwhelm.
Your first session will feel more “big picture” than future sessions, which tend to be more of a deep dive.
-
