Katherine Wikrent, Therapist, PLPC, NCC
Trauma-informed, affirming therapy for adults across Louisiana
Therapy for queer, femme, nerdy & kinky folk
Virtual & in-person in New Orleans
You’re not here for cookie-cutter therapy. You want a therapist who gets your messy brilliance: the queer, kinky, polyamorous, neurodivergent, trauma-holding, ADHD-fueled, beautifully complex version of you.
I’m Katherine, a trauma-informed, identity-affirming therapist helping individuals, couples, and polycules across Louisiana make real, lasting changes.
I work with people who’ve been burned by therapy before, who hate being talked down to, and who are ready for a mix of humor, accountability, and depth. My clients are ofn intense, creative, and a little tired of their own patterns, and they’re ready to do the real work.

Individuals dealing with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, burnout, or feeling stuck
Couples & Polycules navigating communication, trust, desire, and conflict
LGBTQIA+ and kink communities seeking non-judgmental, knowledgeable care
Neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD or autism (diagnosed or not), learning to work with their brains instead of against them
