✨ Deep, intensive support for high-conflict moments, big relationship decisions, or complex poly dynamics
✨ Most effective way to address complex issues
✨ Ideal for partners who’ve already done substantial work and want occasional check-ins
✨ Perfect for polycules, long-distance couples, or medical professionals when coordinating schedules is difficult
✨ Usually scheduled in a structured way, for example:
As-needed during level 10 fight weeks or major crossroads
Monthly, with shorter sessions in between
When the clock is ticking (ex: premarital or prenatal)
This isn’t “polite” therapy
It’s not “Have you tried a weekly check-in?” while you’re both drowning.
